All orders are shipped out Once the payment is processed. After this process all tracking numbers are then emailed to the buyer. All orders are mailed through USPS. Shipping is Daily.
All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS. This is due to the nature of our business and the demand for our product. Exchanges can be made within FIVE DAYS of receiving your cranial prosthesis, ONLY if damaged. If you consider an exchange, the rubber band CANNOT be removed from the bundle(s). If rubber bands are removed, the trade will be voided, or the cranial prosthesis has been worn(Wig). Chemical alterations made to the product will result in the exchange being cancelled. We do not exchange hair that's been combed, brushed, worn, or cut.

Our hair is 100% unprocessed virgin hair , and has very good quality. is very soft, lustrous, thick from top to bottom, full cuticles are aligned with the same direction to make sure no tangling, machine double weft to make sure no shedding, hair can be dyed, bleached and restyled, with proper care, hair can be last over 2 years.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY! (Some services may take longer than expected.) If you want to add highlights to your frontal, closure, cranial prosthesis (wig), or bundles, please notify me ASAP. I need a week in advance! (I only color 613 hair to a desired color and add highlights to naturally colored hair for the integrity of the hair.)
1. A booking deposit is required for all Consultation appointments to secure your appointment.
2. The remaining balance will be due WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!
3. No children or multiple guests are allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
4. NO CALL, NO SHOW is not tolerated. A $75 fee is REQUIRED before BEING SEEN.
5. If you need hair included with the installation, inform me when you book your appointment; please don't assume I know you need hair.
6. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule, especially if your appointment doesn’t allow enough time to complete your service. A no-show fee of $75.00 will result.
7. If you receive any lace service, PLEASE bring your lace a week before your appointment.
ONLY HD and TRANSPARENT Lace will be used‼️
