Booking Policy

All orders are shipped out Once the payment is processed. After this process all tracking numbers are then emailed to the buyer. All orders are mailed through USPS. Shipping is Daily.

All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS. This is due to the nature of our business and demand for our product. Exchanges can be made within FIVE DAYS of receiving your product. If you are considering an exchange, rubber band CANNOT be removed from the bundle(s). If rubber bands are removed the exchange will be VOID. Chemical alterations made to the product will result in the exchange being cancelled. We do not exchange hair that's been combed, brushed, or cut.

Our hair is 100% unprocessed virgin hair , and has very good quality. is very soft, lustrous, thick from top to bottom, full cuticles are aligned with the same direction to make sure no tangling, machine double weft to make sure no shedding, hair can be dyed, bleached and restyled, with proper care, hair can be last over 2 years.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING your appointment

PLAN ACCORDINGLY! (Some services may take longer than expected; If you are wanting to add highlights to your frontal, closure, or bundles. Please notify me ASAP need a week in advance! (I only color 613 hair to a desired color and add highlights to natural colored hair.)

1. There is a $25 non-refundable booking deposit required to secure your appointment.

2. The remaining balance will be due WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! I do accept debit/credit cards to book your appointments.

3. If you cancel less than 24hrs of your appointment a new deposit is required to book another appointment.

4. No children or multiple guests are allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. PLEASE WEAR FACE MASK DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

5. YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRABLE.

6. NO CALL, NO SHOW is not tolerated. $25 Rebooking fee is REQUIRED before BEING SEEN. I accepted your additional $25 secure your spot  or 50% of service has to be paid upfront. If you DO NOT want to be charged, up front or pay additional $25 please contact me 24hrs in advance of your service.

8.  If you need hair included with install inform me during booking don't assume I know you needed hair.

9. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment YOU WILL BE WORKED IN DUE TO THE NEXT Client APPOINTMENT ON SCHEDULE.

13. If you are receiving Any type of lace service, PLEASE bring your lace a week prior to your scheduled appointment,

ONLY HD and TRANSPARENT lace‼️
